Joe Moretta, Host of ASCM NYC LI's Supply Chain Briefs interviewing, ASCM NYC LI Director of Education, Marty Polizzi and ASCM NYC LI Director of Program Development and HR Director, Rita DiStefano on the Preparation for Answering Behavioral Interview Questions. During this intriguing 20 minute discussion, the team covers STAR, how to best prepare for this new world we are living in - remote interviews and all. This is the first in a series of 4: Interview Skills, Getting the Job, Keeping the Job and Leadership Skills.

Video 3 - Keeping the Job

Keeping the Job is one of three videos for those needing a refresher in getting hired. If you are looking for job security with your current position, there are several things you can do to help the cause. The more effort you put into keeping your job, the greater your chances of growing and staying for a longer duration. Christine Wittneben & Rita DiStefano, Director of Career Service will be discussing a few methods to help you keep your job and grow within the corporation and/or company.

Video 4 - Leadership Skills Leadership skills can help in all phases of a career, from applying to jobs to seeking career advancement. Leadership often incorporates several other personality traits and communication abilities that anyone can learn. This podcast is designed to help you identify some of these skills.

Video 5 - Respect in the Workplace

Respect is one of the most important traits in the workplace because it creates a positive work culture in order to accomplish goals as a team and individually. A respectful attitude should be the standard in any workplace regardless of personal feelings. Join us in helping to explore several ways on how to show respect and promote it.
